Panda Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Lead to help run a Panda restaurant in a fast-paced environment. You will support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests and gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites while leading the team during shifts.

The role offers growth opportunities, hands-on training, and a chance to develop a wide range of operational skills in a beloved restaurant concept.

Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• Operations experience preferred, particularly in food service or shift leadership.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
