Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a motivated Shift Lead in Ash Fork, AZ to help manage daily restaurant operations and lead shifts with a customer-first mindset.

Walk-In Interviews run 11am-4pm on weekdays at 950 OLD Hwy 66, Ash Fork, AZ 86320; responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining quality and speed of service, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to join our Del Taco team! In this role, you’ll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a fast, friendly, and clean experience for every guest. You’ll support the management team by leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
