Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• At least 3 months of cash register experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18+ years old (age varies by state).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are stocked and available.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and training new staff.
• Lead team to meet store performance goals and assist with reporting.
