Job summary

ModWash is seeking a customer-focused team member in Toms River, NJ to deliver outstanding service and help guests choose the best wash packages. You will drive membership sales, explain unlimited wash options, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience from arrival to departure.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, join a supportive team, and contribute to the brand by providing exceptional service and maintaining clean, well-presented facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and inform customers about unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers before and after wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and maintaining site standards.
• Handle opening/closing site responsibilities and ensure equipment is functioning.
