CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Myrtle Beach, SC to support store management, drive execution, and deliver excellent customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed to standard.

The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandising, and maintaining confidentiality. Flexible scheduling includes early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management and crews to drive execution and performance.
• Direct and follow up on activities and communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints.
• Maintain CVS customer service standards and greeting etiquette.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Execute displays, signage, inventory, and seasonal merchandising.
• Reset departments following planograms.
