Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Arrest and conviction records may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and makes change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products/services, and resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
• Hold store keys for opening/closing when management is not present.
• Assist with warehouse/vendor orders and backdoor deliveries.
• Register sales and manage pricing, signage, and compliance with local rules.
• Assist with displays, resets, and stock rotations; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store systems and equipment knowledge; support pharmacy out window as needed.
