Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management, lead team members during the shift, and help deliver Panda's mission of food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride.

You will gain hands-on experience in store operations, cooking, and mentoring colleagues in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring guest satisfaction and a vibrant dining experience.

Qualifications

• Some high school education required.
• Prefer some operations experience and Food Safety.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
