Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in creating food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride. You will gain hands-on experience in cooking, guest interaction, and leading the team during each shift.

As a Shift Lead, you will help manage store operations in a fast-paced environment, develop leadership skills, and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality Panda dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Operations experience and food safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Lead the team and manage store operations during the shift.
• Assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
• Develop skills and mentor others during the shift.
