Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring regular interaction with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more.
• Ability to direct the work of others and to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety.
• Create a welcoming space that fosters community and meaningful connections.
