Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and team tasks to ensure smooth store performance
• Ensure quality beverages and food to recipes, and handle cash with accuracy
• Uphold store safety, security policies, and overall store policies
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and the community
