We Are Looking For a Hair Stylist Who Has

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Shampoo, blow-dry and excellent hair styling & finishing skills. Ability to do a blowout in under 45 minutes!
• Supervise shop staff on any given shift assigned: Bartenders & Stylists.
• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
• Lead team responsibilities: assign clients to stylists, delegate tasks to bartenders and stylists, manage meal periods and breaks.
• Monitor shop inventory: regularly check back bar and retail supplies, place orders when needed.
• Train new bartenders: educate on using Booker and Drybar’s 10 core values. Ensure Stylists are completing blowouts in under 45 minutes.
• A desire to provide exceptional service to clients and staff. Implement problem-solving strategies and maintain awareness.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Ensure all company policies, federal, state, and local regulations are followed. Responsible for accurate timekeeping and reporting all hours worked.

Note for Cosmetology Students

We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
