Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in running daily operations and to help maintain our welcoming Panda culture in our Altoona location. You will lead during the shift, assist with food preparation, and ensure guests have a positive experience.

You will gain hands-on experience in team leadership, store operations, and the fast-paced restaurant environment, developing skills that grow with our expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
