Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant environment. You will help create a welcoming guest experience, oversee team activity during your shift, and assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites with pride.

As a Shift Lead, you'll gain hands-on store operations experience, lead by example, and help mentor newer teammates while maintaining quality and safety standards in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
• ADA statement outlining physical requirements and expectations for fast-paced restaurant work.
