Job summary

You will coach team members, manage daily operations, uphold safety and cash-handling standards, and coordinate tasks across shifts. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule to serve customers during mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well as part of a team.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure quality beverages and foods per standard recipes or customized orders.
• Direct and coach team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Delegate daily tasks to staff and coordinate two or more employees as needed.
• Create a welcoming space for the community and uphold Starbucks’ customer-first culture.
