Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shift activities to meet production schedule for the shift and performs shift rounds
• Creates an environment that fosters team and individual empowerment
• Leads Start of Shift meetings to communicate priorities and general team communications
• Provides on-shift technical/process subject matter expertise
• Enhances shift skills and knowledge through coaching on process and equipment
• On-shift resource for quality issues
