Job summary

ModWash is hiring a Key Holder to manage daily operations at a ModWash location, including opening/closing duties and sale of memberships. You will train and lead team members, maintain cleanliness and safety, and strive to deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving membership growth.

Exceptional communication and a sales-driven attitude are essential for success. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with a flexible schedule including evenings

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
