Job summary

Drybar in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Shift Lead / Cosmetologist to supervise daily operations and lead client experiences end-to-end. You will train staff, assign clients to stylists, and ensure blowouts are completed in under 45 minutes, while maintaining Drybar standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid cosmetology license for California.
• Ability to perform shampoo, blow-dry and styling with speed (under 45 minutes).
• Supervise shop staff on shift and lead client experience from check-in to check-out.
• Commitment to Drybar standards and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out; uphold Drybar standards.
• Assign clients to stylists and delegate tasks to staff on shift.
• Train new staff on Booker usage and Drybar core values.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure blowouts are completed in under 45 minutes.
