Job summary

Rosati’s Pizza - San Diego is seeking a customer-service oriented team member to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will lead front-of-house operations, serve guests, and help keep the bar stocked and clean while delivering great food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Must be responsible and have leadership skills.
• Must be 21 or older
• Must have at least 5-year experience as a bartender and server
• Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
• Flexibility to work varied hours, days, including some holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the front of house staff during your shift.
• Serve guests in a friendly manner; attending to the needs of each individual
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons following standard recipes
• Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment, and making correct change for guests
• Request identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine
• Clean glassware and stock bar with the appropriate amount of glasses
