Colson Patisserie, a well-established NY wholesale bakery, seeks a full-time Shift Lead at our Industry City location. You will drive daily operations, ensure top-notch customer experience, manage inventory and ordering, uphold food safety, and train staff under the manager's guidance.

Ideal candidate is a specialty coffee-trained barista with leadership skills, dedicated to high standards and teamwork, and is available weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Specialty coffee-trained barista with high-volume experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of allergen information for offerings.
• Excellent customer service and quick problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain a clean, safe cafe.
• Manage Square inventory and online ordering communications.
• Oversee weekly milk/coffee orders and paper stock planning.
• Enforce food safety standards and FIFO for perishables.
• Lead training and coach staff during service.
