Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a cafe, coffeehouse, or hospitality environment.
• Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality, with strong guest service focus.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Calm, dependable, and able to lead by example during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the cafe as a trusted key holder and lead shifts.
• Guide daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Be the go‑to person during shifts when the GM is not present.
• Train and coach baristas, manage scheduling and inventory as needed.
• Communicate clearly during shift handoffs about prep, inventory, and issues.
