Join to apply for the Shift Lead Afternoon Shift role at Crumbl.

We are hiring for a new Crumbl Cookies store in Fenton, expected to open in September. This is a fast-paced bakery environment where experienced food and restaurant shift leads are valued and compensated accordingly.

Shift Details: Afternoon shift from 12pm to 6pm, with flexibility. Additional shifts are available from 5am to midnight Monday through Saturday to accommodate various schedules, especially weekends.

Responsibilities include: Working with the manager to ensure cookies are mixed, baked, and dressed appropriately to meet customer demand, maintaining inventory, and communicating effectively across shifts using digital tools. The role involves high-volume traffic management and task delegation to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications: Prior restaurant shift lead or management experience, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Baking experience is a plus but not required, as many of our team members come from food service backgrounds.
