Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in Monroe, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to run a fast-paced shift, lead by example, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You’ll jump into every station—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—while coaching crew and upholding brand standards. Real growth opportunities and hands-on leadership are offered, with focus on teamwork and quality service on every shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site
• Work across roles: cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experiences
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and uphold brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and break/closing procedures
