Role Description

The Second (2nd) Shift Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in West Chester, OH, responsible for overseeing daily production activities and coordinating team members on assigned shifts. This role includes monitoring workflow on the press and finishing lines, assigning tasks, and ensuring that quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules are consistently met. The Shift Lead supports training and guidance for team members, troubleshoots basic equipment and process issues, and communicates shift status, priorities, and any concerns to management. Additional responsibilities include tracking production data, assisting with inventory checks for materials, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The role requires a hands‑on presence on the production floor and close collaboration with operators, designers, and maintenance staff.

• Production and operations skills, including experience in manufacturing, print production, or packaging environments, and the ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
