Job summary

Leslie's is hiring a Shift Lead 2 in Winston-Salem, NC to support store operations and customer service excellence. You will assist the General Manager, greet customers, and ensure smooth transactions and a welcoming store environment.

Overview:

TheShift Lead 2will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 /Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Customer service experience or retail experience
• Experience leading a team (preferred)
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
• The ability to lift 50 lbs
