Angie’s Food Concepts is seeking a Shift Leader for our combined Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime drive-thru restaurants in Plano, TX. You will lead the team, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role supports daily operations, supervises staff, and coordinates with departments to deliver a smooth drive-thru experience while maintaining a positive culture and growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the team.

A Shift Leader will be able to:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
