Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports

Five Guys is serving up excellent opportunities for several locations in your area and we are now interviewing for crew members and shift leaders to join our team.

We will be hosting a hiring event on Friday, 07/10 and Saturday, 07/11 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and again from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. both days.
