Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking team members to support store operations on a part-time basis. You will help manage customer service standards and assist the General Manager with daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store. You will work with the team to deliver a memorable customer experience while handling register duties and following all food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and move throughout shift.
• Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures 40 F to -10 F.
• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily procedures with integrity.
• Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience, ensuring standards are met.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions per policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, small wares, merchandise and the physical plant as needed.

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs Restaurant! Part-time positions are available in most locations. Team members must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the "Face" of Firehouse Subs.

This job contributes to Firehouse Subs success by assisting the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

Additional Requirements:

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 F to -10 F
