Job summary

Huey Magoos in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Shift Lead to help run daily operations. As a Restaurant Lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and guests receive prompt, friendly service.

You will assist the General Manager to maintain staffing, lead the shift as a role model for the crew, uphold health and safety guidelines, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and employees.

• Assisting GM to ensure that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
• Leading the shift and being a role model for all crew
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
• Various other tasks as needed
