What You'll Do

Lead the team during your shift — manage flow, delegate tasks, and keep energy high.

Handle opening/closing procedures including cash reconciliation and inventory.

Coach and develop team members, resolve conflicts, and maintain WILDBIRD standards.

Step in on any station as needed to keep service running smoothly.
