Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Cleaner Supervisor for the Evening Shift to lead a team of cleaning professionals and ensure high-quality service during evening operations.

You will supervise staff, inspect work, train and motivate the team, manage task assignments, and maintain supplies while following safety guidelines. Position is on-site with a Monday–Friday evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a cleaning crew is preferred.
• Able to lead a team to meet cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication with staff and clients.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass background screen.

Cleaner Supervisor (Evening Shift)

Pay: $18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Evening Shift

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality service, and the ability to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met. Supervisor experience is preferred.
