As a Shift Lead you lead by example through your actions, attitude, and daily execution. Your crew looks to you for consistency, support, and direction. Leadership & Development

• Understand the "Bit 4" – Atmosphere, Cleanliness, Interaction, Product Quality
• Demonstrate "heads‑up" leadership. Keep your head on a swivel and be aware.
• Provide real‑time coaching and shoulder‑to‑shoulder feedback
• Help align the team around clear daily goals and support a shared vision for overall shop success

What Makes You a Fit
