Job summary

Gas-N-Wash LLC is seeking a shift lead to guide team members during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional customer service. You will operate cash registers, manage inventory, and promote the rewards program while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires flexible availability, 2+ years in retail or customer service, and strong communication and leadership skills to support ongoing staff training and smooth shift operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
