Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a shift leader for our GMU store at 10669 Braddock Rd in Fairfax, VA. You will be the captain of the bakery during your shift, leading the cookie crew, building orders, baking, and delivering warm cookies to guests while maintaining store standards.

You will supervise operations, delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging and cleaning, train teammates, ensure safety and quality, manage cash deposits, and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management and people skills required.
• Detail oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and handling physical tasks.
• Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and quality product experience.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts and training teammates.
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.

As a Shift Leader at our GMU store located at 10669 Braddock Rd Fairfax, VA 22032, you are the captain of our bakery day or night!
