Taco Bell in McFarland, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to ensure team members complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running strong shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You take ownership to solve problems, guide others, train staff, maintain speed of service, and keep a clean, safe work environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months' work experience in a food or customer service position with responsibility for running a shift.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Communicate openly and honestly with Restaurant Management about operational issues.
• Ensure food levels are maintained to meet business needs and stock as needed.
• Build team morale through recognition and motivation efforts.
• Prepare deposits; provide feedback on schedules, product projections, financials for store manager's review/approval.
• Ensure staff comply with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Shift Manager is responsible for making sure team members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You will also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit. You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others.

Essential Duties:

Education/Experience:

At least 6 months' work experience in a food or customer service position with responsibility for running a shift. High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

18 years old or older

Legal right to work in the United States.

Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for long periods.

Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
