Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent), higher education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or 5 years of practical work experience in housekeeping and/or laundry background, preferred.
• Multilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor, and coordinate production team activities, ensuring goals are met.
• Inform Manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations including equipment.
• Train new and existing employees to ensure safety.
• Maintain daily activity and productivity reports using designated systems.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist Area/Shift Manager with daily workflow.
