Job summary

Mannok PIR Insulation is seeking an experienced Electrician to maintain and repair plant equipment across all areas of the facility. The role requires reading electrical drawings for fault diagnosis and operating within preventative maintenance systems.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in an industrial environment, be health & safety conscious, and be computer literate. Shifts include a day/night/weekend rotating pattern with 12¼ hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Qualified, time-served Electrician with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings for fault diagnosis and isolation of circuits.
• Experience working with preventative maintenance systems; instrumentation and calibration knowledge would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of health & safety within the workplace; able to meet the physical and health requirements; computer literate.

You will be responsible for the electrical maintenance and repair of equipment across all areas of the plant, ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times. You will liaise closely with production personnel and support continuous improvement activities to ensure all machinery and equipment operates in line with manufacturing guidelines.

The successful candidate will be a qualified, time-served Electrician with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an industrial environment. You will demonstrate the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings for fault diagnosis and isolation of circuits, and have experience working with preventative maintenance systems. Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration would be advantageous.

The successful candidate must demonstrate knowledge of health & safety within the workplace, be able to meet the physical and health requirements of the role and be computer literate.
