Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Summerville, SC, seeks a D Shift Dock Team Lead. You will oversee loading/unloading, perform quality checks, run inventory cycle counts, process returns, and assist with datacenter rack installations. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and strong safety awareness, accuracy, and teamwork.

Workdays Thu-Sun 6:00 am–2:30 pm. Base pay is $22.00 hourly, with compensation based on experience and location in accordance with policy.

3–5 years of related warehouse or datacenter experience.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee loading/unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for part numbers and quantities.
Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders on site.
Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse systems.
Oversee rack placement and cabling in server racks following diagrams and schematics.
Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and electric pallet jacks.
Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with 5S standards.
Deliverables include punctuality, reliability, and cross-training flexibility.
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to meet production goals.
