Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of freight and management of shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and ensure material is in pristine condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment of spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee rack placement and cabling in server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware and handle tools to assemble components.
• Operate material handling equipment (straddle stackers, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards in the work area.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and adaptability across departments.]
• Provide effective delegation and coaching to team members.
