V-Soft Consulting is seeking a Pharmacist (Shift Differential) for our client in Leesport, PA. The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and entails supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring inventory, and providing patient counseling on medications and health devices.

The pharmacist will identify drug-related problems, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and participate in patient education activities such as smoking cessation and cardiovascular risk management.

Qualifications

• Sterile compounding following proper procedures.
• Supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and clerks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Counsel on prescriptions and non-prescription meds for storage, dose, side effects and interactions.
• Educate patients on handling medical devices and smoking cessation, BP and cholesterol management.
