Position Summary

The Shift Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering a seamless guest experience by coordinating daily floor operations, guiding Scoopers, and modeling excellent service. This role upholds operational excellence by overseeing tasks, setting a positive example, and coaching team members to reflect Salt & Straw’s legendary hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• 6+ months in food service, fast-casual, or hospitality (1+ year preferred)
• Valid food handlers' card (required within 30 days or as per local law)
• Must be 18 or older
