What You’ll Do

Shift Coordinatorslead the vibe on the floor by keeping everyone in flow, guiding on-the-spot coaching, and helping our shops sparkle.

  • Deliver amazing customer service with a warm, welcoming vibe

  • Lead daily shift flow and help Scoopers stay on track

  • Jump in wherever needed: scooping, storytelling, register, waffle station, cleaning, hosting

  • Coach and motivate teammates in real time

  • Solve little hiccups and spread big joy

  • Create safe, warm spaces where everyone feels welcome

  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and shop standards are consistently met

  • Assist with daily inventory, logbooks, and basic cash handling
