Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and demonstrate responsible driving behavior.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Models appropriate service delivery and mentors Life Skills Trainers in daily living services.
• Communicates information to program management to ensure appropriate staffing models.
• Acts as primary contact for clinical direction during the shift and liaison for on-call.
• Assists and guides clients in activities of daily living, instrumental living skills, and rehabilitation goals.
