Salt & Straw is hiring Shift Coordinators in Los Angeles to drive smooth daily shop operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach team members, coordinate tasks, and assist with customer service, cash handling, and maintaining standards.

The role supports inventory, cleanliness, and food safety while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required to meet guest demand.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of food service, restaurant, retail, coffee, or hospitality experience (1+ year preferred).
• 18+ years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Can work at least 3 shifts per week, including 2 closing shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities
