Job description

YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL MANAGEMENT TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB. Please do not apply if you do not have retail management experience.

LaGree's offers Medical, Dental, and Vision after 90 days of Full Time (over 30 hours per week), 401k with 100% employer match (up to 4%) after 6 months, and paid vacations (after 1 year).

Pay Range: $20-$23 DOE

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST.

You must be able to do the following:

  • Follow rules, regulations and standards of LaGree Enterprises
  • Be a team player
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized environment
  • Adhere to expense budgets and operational profitability
  • Order and stock inventory
  • Work in all departments of the store
  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling product safely up to 70 lbs
  • Perform general maintenance and cleaning of store areas
  • Complete special projects as directed by management
  • Obtain a food handler's certification
  • Follow health department and safety rules and regulations
