Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring an LPN/LVN to support older adults with mobility and daily living activities. You will coordinate caregivers and supervise medication, while maintaining strong relationships with residents, families and physicians. Training and advancement opportunities are offered in a supportive community.

State-issued LPN/LVN license is required for this role, and the position emphasizes compassionate care and ethical teamwork within our communities.

Qualifications

• Must have state-issued LPN/LVN license.
• Assist older adults with mobility and daily living activities.
• Coordinate caregivers and supervise medication program.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and physicians.
• On-the-job training provided with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks
• Assist in scheduling of caregivers and supervising of medication program
• Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents and their families and physicians
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team
• Receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must be Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing
