Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring an LPN/LVN in New York to support residents with mobility and daily living tasks, ensuring compassionate care and smooth operation of clinical activities.

You will coordinate caregiver schedules, supervise medication programs, and collaborate with families and physicians to uphold high-quality care. A valid LPN/LVN license is mandatory, with opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• State-issued LPN/LVN license required.
• Ability to assist older adults with mobility and daily living activities.
• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' lives by assisting with mobility and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks.
• Assist in scheduling caregivers and supervising medication program.
• Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team.
• Receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement.
