Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Hamden, CT is seeking an LPN/LVN to enhance residents' daily living through mobility assistance, personal care, and housekeeping support. You will work closely with the care team to ensure comfortable, dignified routines for older adults.

You will schedule caregivers, supervise medication administration, and act as a liaison with residents, families and physicians, upholding ethical standards and compassionate care.
