Job summary

Stand-By Personnel, Inc. is seeking a dependable ASD Door Builder for a Broken Arrow, OK manufacturing role. You will fabricate shielded doors from blank cores using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment, following blueprints and detailed specifications.

This is a first-shift position, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities as needed. The ideal candidate has hands-on tool experience, the ability to measure to 1/16 inch, and can work independently with minimal

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools in fabrication or assembly.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate ASD shielded doors from blank cores per specs.
• Read blueprints/ drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
• Measure, cut, position, and assemble door components using tools.
• Install components and hardware with accurate alignment.
• Join doors to frames and complete final assembly.
• Build shipping skids/crates for transportation.
• Operate sit-down forklift if trained.
• Inspect finished doors for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and follow safety policies.
• Perform additional door fabrication tasks as assigned.
