Job summary

HireCall is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Door Department Production Associate in Tulsa, OK. You will work in the Cores/Door Department, using hand and power tools to assemble and prepare door components, read blueprints, and take accurate measurements.

The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, 40 hours weekly with potential overtime and an opportunity for an raise after conversion.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.

Responsibilities

Door Department Production Associate - Tulsa, OK $17.00-$17.50/hour | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

HireCall is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Door Department Production Associate for a valued manufacturing client in the Tulsa area. This position will begin in the Cores/Door Department, working with hand and power tools to assist with the production and preparation of commercial doors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and have experience reading blueprints, using saws, and taking accurate measurements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the ability to cross-train in multiple departments and expand their skills.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
• Monday-Thursday
• 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime may be available
• Opportunity for an increase to approximately $18.00/hour upon conversion, based on performance and client approval

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cores/Door Department assembling and preparing door components
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Operate saws, including miter saws
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Accurately use a tape measure
• Measure and cut materials according to specifications
• Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the production process
• Follow established safety and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Crosstrain in other departments as needed
• Assist with additional production duties based on workload

Qualifications
