Job description

• $24.40/hr starting salary with no experience.
• Structured pay scale based on years of service.
• Act 120 certified applicants, upon hiring, would be credited with up to 2 years on the pay scale. (current 2-year pay is $26.64/hr)
• Act 2 certified applicants, upon hiring, would be credited with up to 4 years on the pay scale. (current 4-year pay is $29.09/hr)
• Longevity-based bonus checks based on years of service.
